# Configuration

> Step-by-step guide to configuring your agent

## Overview

After clicking **Create Agent**, you will be guided through the configuration wizard. This process is divided into 5 distinct stages to help you build, refine, and deploy your assistant.

    The **Prompt Lab** is the "brain" of your agent, where you define its personality, rules, and objectives.

    * **Real-time Interaction:** Click the mic icon to start a conversation.
    * **Live Transcript:** Monitor the transcript to ensure your agent understands your intent correctly.

        Control specific features like **Transcription**, **Autostart**, and **Mute** settings.

        1. **Transcription**: Display live text.
        2. **Chat**: Enable/disable chat UI.
        3. **Autostart**: Auto-start interaction (Exclusive with Lead Form).
        4. **Mute On Minimize**: Silence when minimized.
        5. **Mute On Tab Change**: Silence on tab switch.
        6. **Show Lead Form**: Display contact form (Exclusive with Autostart).
        7. **Is Glowing**: Add animation.
        8. **Is Transparent**: Remove background.

        Capture lead data (Name, Email, Phone) before a conversation begins.

        * **Default Fields:** Name, Email, Phone Number.
        * **Custom Fields:** Click **+ Add Custom Field** for specific requirements.

    1. **Copy Code:** Click the **Copy** button to grab your unique script.
    2. **Paste to Site:** Add the snippet to the `<body>` or `<head>` section of your website's HTML.
